Rittenhouse 2006 Stargate SG-1 Season 8 – Sealed Box

One of the autographs in this set belongs to the voice of Homer Simpson. Dan Castellaneta appeared in Season 8 as Joe Spencer, an ordinary man who starts seeing SG-1's missions in his head, and he signed for Rittenhouse. The checklist rates his card as Very Limited, at 200 to 300 copies — the same tier as Claudia Black as Vala and singer Isaac Hayes as Tolok.

Each box holds 40 packs of 5 cards, with one autograph card and one costume or relic card per box. The autographs come from fourteen signers, among them Peter Williams as Apophis, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa as Turghan, Mel Harris as Oma Desala and Charles Shaughnessy as Alec Colson. The relic cards carry pieces of actual props from the show, each individually numbered: a map from "Prophecy", an alien newspaper from "Memento", Kelownan files from "Fallout", a mission report from "Fallen/Homecoming" and an operations manual from "Space Race". The costume cards feature Jonas Quinn, Dr. Daniel Jackson, Colonel O'Neill, Teal'c, Major Kawalsky, Urgo and Kasuf.

The 72-card base set gives each episode three cards; one of them, card 17, was misprinted with the number 1. Chase sets include Twisted (1:10 packs), nine alternate-reality and future versions of the team; SG-1 Personnel Files (1:20 packs), fold-out cards styled as classified folders that already include Season 9's Cameron Mitchell and Hank Landry; and Kneel Before Your God (1:480 packs), showing Ra and Apophis.
