Refund & Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unaltered condition and in its original packaging
  • The return must be received by us within 30 days of the date you received the item
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the return

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

How to Initiate a Return

Before shipping any item back, you must obtain an RMA number by contacting us at info@notjustcollectibles.com. Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed.

Once your RMA request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping is at the customer's sole risk and expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the item price. This fee covers inspection, repackaging and processing costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Special order or configurable products
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@notjustcollectibles.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
