Shipping Policy

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We maintain accurate stock counts on our website but occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item cannot be fulfilled at the time of purchase, we will ship the available items and contact you to arrange either a backorder or a refund for the unavailable item.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We take every step to minimize dispatch delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order. The shipping cost displayed at checkout is the final price — no additional shipping charges will be added after purchase.


4. Delivery

4.1 Domestic Shipments Domestic orders are generally in transit for 2–7 business days after dispatch.

4.2 International Shipments International orders are generally in transit for 4–22 days depending on the destination and courier selected. A more specific estimate is available at checkout when selecting your shipping method.

4.3 Dispatch Time Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address Delivery address changes can be accommodated at any time before an order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments.

4.5 P.O. Box Addresses We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for P.O. box addresses.

4.6 Military Addresses We ship to military addresses via USPS only. Courier services are not available for military addresses.

4.7 Out of Stock Items If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item and dispatch the remainder of your order.

4.8 Delivery Delays If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@notjustcollectibles.com and we will investigate promptly.


5. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. We do not ship to countries subject to international embargo or trade restrictions, including but not limited to North Korea and Russia. If your country is subject to restrictions, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full.


6. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed in padded envelopes or boxes appropriate to the product. We take care to ensure items arrive safely and in original condition.


7. Tracking

A tracking link will be provided by email upon dispatch where tracking is included in the selected shipping service. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside our control.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately at info@notjustcollectibles.com. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


9. Duties and Taxes

9.1 Sales Tax Applicable sales tax is included in the displayed product price.

9.2 Import Duties and Taxes International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Not Just Collectibles LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the product value only. Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@notjustcollectibles.com with your order number.


11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All parcels are insured up to the value declared by the carrier where insurance is included in the selected shipping service.

If your parcel is damaged in transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the carrier has completed its investigation.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement once the carrier has confirmed the parcel as lost.


12. Customer Responsibility

We ship only to the address provided at checkout using the service selected by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Not Just Collectibles LLC accepts no responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
