Is everything you ship brand new and original?
Yes, we only ship brand new and original items. All items are handled by humans, this means boxes can show wear and tear and seals can be broken on older sets. If you want to know the exact condition of an item you are interested in, please contact us before submitting an order.
Are your trading cards in mint condition?
Our trading cards vary in condition. Cards sold brand new in packages or boxes are directly from the manufacturer and untouched by us, preserving their original condition. Individual cards have been opened and carefully handled by enthusiasts. While we ensure they are well-maintained, we don't grade them as 'mint' due to the subjective nature of the term. For specific condition details or additional questions about a particular card, please feel free to contact us directly.
What if I'm missing pieces?
For COBI sets, click HERE and fill out the form — COBI will send the missing pieces directly to you.
For all other brands (BlueBrixx, KiddiCraft, Mould King, Playmobil, etc.), please contact the manufacturer directly. As a retailer we don't carry replacement parts, but manufacturers handle missing-piece requests quickly and free of charge.
Where do you ship from?
Both domestic and international orders are shipped from Washington State.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free domestic shipping on all US orders over $75. International orders and orders below the threshold are charged calculated shipping based on weight and destination.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I return items?
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping labels are only provided if there was a problem with your order. Please check our Terms of Service for further information.
Can I pre-order upcoming sets?
Yes. Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page with the expected release window. Your card is charged at the time of order and items ship as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. If a pre-order is significantly delayed by the manufacturer, we'll email you with the option to wait or cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
