Is everything you ship brand new and original?
Yes, we only ship brand new and original items. All items are handled by humans, this means boxes can show wear and tear and seals can be broken on older sets. If you want to know the exact condition of an item you are interested in, please contact us before submitting an order.
Where do you ship from?
Both domestic and international orders are shipped from Washington State.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Can I return items?
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping labels are only provided if there was a problem with your order. Please check our Terms of Service for further information.

Are your trading cards in mint condition?
Our trading cards vary in condition. Cards sold brand new in packages or boxes are directly from the manufacturer and untouched by us, preserving their original condition. Individual cards have been opened and carefully handled by enthusiasts. While we ensure they are well-maintained, we don't grade them as 'mint' due to the subjective nature of the term.
