2009 Topps WWE Wrestling Pack | 7 Cards | Factory Sealed

The words on the back of these cards belong to Jim Ross. For its 2009 WWE set, Topps had the text on the foil-stamped card backs written by WWE's long-time announcer, so each Superstar's write-up reads in the voice fans knew from years of ringside commentary. A separate subset covers the highlights of WrestleMania 25, held in Houston on April 5, 2009.

Each pack holds 7 cards from the 2009 Topps WWE release, which borrowed its design, packaging and inserts from Topps' flagship baseball line. The base set runs to 90 cards. The Legends of the Ring inserts, modeled on baseball's Legends of the Game, are listed at one per pack, and the Tickets to Toppstown cards carried codes for a Topps website that has since been shut down.

Parallels, autographs and Ringside Relics exist in the set, but no pack is guaranteed to contain one; published odds are averages across the whole print run. Packs from the same release also come ten at a time in the 2009 Topps WWE Blaster Box, which adds a John Cena commemorative patch card.
