LOZ Xian Datang Furong Garden Set 8187

LOZ's Xi'an Datang Furong Garden, set 8187, is a model of the garden complex in Xi'an built in the style of the Tang dynasty, with layered halls, pavilions and terraces.

The Tang capital

Xi'an, then called Chang'an, was the capital of the Tang dynasty and one of the largest cities in the world. The Furong Garden stands on the site associated with the imperial garden of that era, and it was built in the Tang style to recall the capital at its height. It lies close to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, which LOZ also makes as set 8185.
