Rittenhouse 2022 Star Trek Discovery Season 4 – Collector Album

A custom-designed collector album for Rittenhouse's Star Trek: Discovery Season 4 trading cards, with an exclusive promo card included. Released 28 June 2023. No trading cards are included apart from the promo.

The promo card is the reason this exists

Every Rittenhouse album comes with a card that is issued only this way. It is not in the packs, not in the boxes, and not in the cases — the only route to it is buying the binder.

That is a deliberate arrangement and a rather elegant one. An album is a low-margin accessory that most people would not bother with; a card that cannot be obtained any other way turns it into part of the set. A collector completing a checklist has to buy one.

It also means the album has a floor price that a plain binder does not. Empty albums from discontinued sets still change hands years later, because the promo inside them is the missing card in somebody's collection.

Worth knowing if you are buying this to store cards rather than to collect: a generic nine-pocket binder does the same physical job for a fraction of the price. What you are paying for here is the fit, the artwork and the card.

What is included

Made specifically for the Discovery Season 4 set, so the page layout matches the card count, and compact enough to shelve alongside the rest of the range.
