COBI Güterwagen Type Ommr 32 "LINZ" #6285
COBI Güterwagen Type Ommr 32 "LINZ" #6285
The railway collection from COBI is growing! The series is joined by another historical railway car matching the 1:35 scale releases: the BR 52 locomotive and the 50t railway platform! The Güterwagen railway car Type Ommr 32 “LINZ” was designed in the late 1930s. It was a typical structure built with the upcoming armed conflict in Europe in mind. This train car was intended for the transport of vehicles and various goods including trucks, cars, cannons, barrels and boxes as well as loose materials such as coal. Its load capacity was about 25 tons.
The block version of the Güterwagen Type Ommr 32 “LINZ” car was reproduced using 584 elements and has a simple, mechanical system for connecting the cars. Building your own train is easy! The set also includes a figure of a worker with a shovel and small blocks imitating coal. The set also uses permanent prints on the blocks and no stickers were used.
The set includes two new sections of curved tracks (arch R88) and one straight section. This is the second shape of railway tracks in the COBI collection! As with the straight section, the technique of two-color injection was also used here, thanks to which the tracks are gray and the railway ties are brown and have a texture imitating wood grain. The tracks are fully compatible with the products of other brick brands and perfectly imitate real tracks. The Güterwagen Type Ommr 32 “LINZ” set is the ideal addition to the growing collection of trains from COBI. The set is perfect for enthusiasts of high-quality block modeling, history and railway fans!
