COBI 1:72 Tank Collector's Box Series 1 – Set 3108

This is a retail collector's box containing twelve complete 1:72 tank sets, not a single model. Each comes boxed with its own instructions, and the whole thing ships in a printed cardboard collector's carton measuring 34.5 × 31 × 14.5 cm.

What is in the box

Two T-34/76, two Sherman M4A3, two Panzer III Ausf. L, two Cromwell Mk. IV, two A7V, one T-34-85 and one Somua S-35.

That is seven different vehicles — Soviet, American, German, British and French — across the First and Second World Wars, five of them doubled. Each model runs from roughly 80 to 135 pieces and builds in well under an hour.

Who this is for

A dealer stocking the 1:72 range, or anyone who wants a large part of the series in one purchase rather than buying seven sets separately. It also makes an unusually good gift for someone who has never built anything: twelve short projects rather than one long one, and no risk of picking the wrong subject.

At 1:72 these are desk pieces. A tank is around 9 to 14 cm long, and twelve of them occupy about the space of one 1:28 model.
