BlueBrixx Stargate Universe Chevron Set 108669

BlueBrixx's Stargate Universe Chevron is an officially licensed BlueBrixx model built from 525 blocks, measuring 35.3 × 13 × 20.5 cm assembled. It stands on the included folding base or mounts on a wall, and comes with a printed Universe-Gate emblem plaque on a clear plate that can be displayed or left off. All detail is printed — no stickers. Licensed by MGM Television Entertainment, released 2025.

One chevron, at the size it would actually be

A full Stargate at any sensible scale is a small ring on a shelf. This set does the opposite: it takes a single chevron and builds it large enough to read as the piece of machinery it is supposed to be.

That is a more interesting object than a miniature gate. The chevron is where the mechanism is — the thing that moves, locks and lights when a symbol is engaged — and at 35 centimetres there is room for the structure rather than a suggestion of it.

It also solves a display problem. A ring wants a flat surface; a chevron can go on a wall, and BlueBrixx has designed for both with a folding base and wall mounting.

Three chevrons, three eras

This completes a set. BlueBrixx has made the chevron from each of the three series, and they are visibly different because the gates are: the Milky Way chevron from SG-1, the Pegasus chevron from Atlantis (set 108287), and this one.

The Universe gate is the earliest Ancient design, and it looks it — heavier, rawer, less finished than the ones that came after. At 525 pieces this chevron has noticeably more parts than its counterparts, which makes it the most solid of the three to build and to handle.

In the BlueBrixx range

Set 108287 is the Pegasus Chevron. The complete gates at desk size are sets 109672 (Milky Way), 109673 (Pegasus) and 108574 (Universe). Sets 108211, 106842, 106843 and 106847 are the larger Stargate models.
