BlueBrixx Minifigure Pack Castle Blaustein: Lords and Ladies Set 108665

The BlueBrixx Minifigure Pack Castle Blaustein: Lords and Ladies brings the ruling household to BlueBrixx's Castle Blaustein: 319 pieces with eight minifigures, printed robes and armor, and the furnishings of a noble hall — a banquet table, chairs and the castle treasure.

The figures come with four fabric capes, a horse built from three parts, and helmets in three shapes: the familiar pot helm plus two forms BlueBrixx designed for this pack, one of them an open sallet. Arms and hands are supplied on sprues and fitted during the build.

Three Noble Couples From Different Centuries

The six nobles are not one household at one moment. According to BlueBrixx's own presentation of the set, they are three couples from the early, high and late Middle Ages, joined by a servant and a guard who fit any period. That matches the castle itself: the base castle of Blaustein is styled on the 11th and 12th centuries, and its later expansions move toward the end of the Middle Ages around 1500. The table and chairs are there for a practical reason as well — BlueBrixx figures sit on a stud between the legs and do not fit the seats in the castle's earlier furnishings, so this pack replaces them.
