COBI makes a number of small vehicles at this price. What separates this set is that it contains genuine light-up elements rather than luminous ones.

Luminous parts — the glow-in-the-dark bricks in several Action Town sets — store daylight and release it slowly. They are charming and they fade within minutes.

A lighting brick has a small LED and a battery in it, and it stays lit. For a child that is the difference between a detail and a feature, and it is the thing that gets a vehicle taken into a dark room on purpose.
