The third season of Picard brought the crew of The Next Generation back together, and Rittenhouse's Star Trek: Picard Seasons 2 & 3 set follows it. This is what a box and a case contain, who signs, and what the case incentives are.
The configuration
A box holds 24 packs of 5 cards, with 3 autographs, 1 costume relic and 6 insert cards. Sketch cards are randomly inserted. A sealed case holds 12 boxes and comes with a case topper.
The autographs are signed on-card: the actors signed the actual cards rather than stickers applied at the factory afterward. Collectors consistently value on-card signatures higher.
Who signs
Patrick Stewart, Michael Dorn, Brent Spiner, John de Lancie, Michelle Hurd, Todd Stashwick, Amanda Plummer, Orla Brady, Alison Pill, Santiago Cabrera, Ed Speleers, Mica Burton, Ashlei Sharpe Chestnut, Ito Aghayere, Tim Russ and Lea Thompson.
The list reads like the two seasons themselves: Picard's newer crew alongside Worf, Data, Q and Tuvok, and the villains of the third season.
The inserts
The base set is 60 cards covering 20 episodes. Around it: Gallery Cast cards for each season (1:48 packs), Characters for each season (1:24), Relationships (1:12), Then and Now (1:24) and Travel Posters (1:24).
Then and Now is the series that belongs most to this set: the same characters photographed decades apart, which is what the third season was about.
Case incentives
At six cases, an oversized dual autograph signed by Patrick Stewart and Jonathan Frakes. At twelve, an incentive box with printing plates and autograph variations. Neither is sold separately; they exist only for those who bought the cases.
All pull rates are averages across the full print run. No individual box or case is guaranteed to contain any particular insert, sketch or signer beyond the configuration described above.
