The Northrop F-5 Tiger II is a light twin-engine fighter aircraft developed by the American Northrop Corporation. In the 1970s, Switzerland purchased these planes, known for their excellent maneuverability and ease of piloting. The F-5s entered service with the Swiss Air Force Team Patrouille Suisse in 1995. Despite their age, Tiger II are still impressive machines, capable of presenting dynamic and spectacular air shows. Patrouille Suisse has gained an international reputation for its incredible piloting skills and impressive displays, and the F-5 aircraft are an integral part of their success and global recognition.
